“In times of crisis, people reach for meaning. Meaning is strength. Our survival may depend on our seeking and finding it.” – Viktor frankl

Making it through our door is not easy. Counselling is different than talking to a friend or family member. This is your therapy/counselling  and my  goal is your well-being.  The counselling relationship works in part by clearly defined rights and responsibilities held by each person. There are certain limitations to those rights that you should be aware of.  As a therapist, I have responsibilities to you as well. Should you make the decision to move forward with counselling a package with consent forms will be sent to you that can be brought to our session together.

Never be a prisoner of your past. It was just a lesson, not a life sentence.
