Welcome. I invite you to consider connecting here. You may be feeling lost, sad, broken, or simply trying to make sense of things in your life. Counselling is different than talking to a friend or family member. It is not always comfortable…but in turn should provide clarity.

I strongly feel that change happens when you decide that certain things in your life are no longer serving you. My question to you is, “how do you know you want a better life?” or “what keeps hope alive for you?” The most effective piece to the counselling relationship is the rapport between you and your counsellor. I look, above all, to connect with my clients in a way that creates a space that feels safe and non-judgemental. It is my belief that healing takes place within the context of a collaborative relationship.
